HMR and RMMR Follow-up Service changes from 1 November 2026
October 30, 2026From 1 November 2026, Home Medicine Review (HMR) and Residential Medication Management Review (RMMR) follow-up services may be delivered with the patient face-to-face or via telehealth (by video conference or telephone). Service Providers must offer patients a choice of delivery method. Telehealth must not be used as the default delivery method where a patient prefers a face-to-face follow-up service.
